sleeves - cap sleeves

To start the sleeves task, I began by identifying the different areas of the set in sleeve pattern.

The first sleeve I am going to make from this sleeve block is a cap sleeve. This image below was my reference image for my sample i created.

I began by using a mini block to learn how to make the cap sleeve pattern. This is annotated with all the elements i need to Rember for re making this pattern in the future. the pattern on the right is my full size pattern.

Cap sleeves do not need a lot of ease as there is short extension under the arm and the shoulder is only just covered meaning the arm is still able to move easily.
