Draping experements 3

The next draping experiment has been inspired by bullets and pieces of fabric which fold back.

I only did half a bodice as it is symmetrical.

I then laid this fabric flat on the fable and unpinned the darts and traced this onto pattern paper.

Once that was done i used this pattern to made a toile. I found i liked how the darts stood out, however next time i would focus on making the toile filly bagged out so that it can be reversable with darts going different ways.
