Design of set

Now that we had a definite location we are holding the fashion show ( the AAA) building . Now we can start on designing the set. the theme is vintage cars.

As a class when we went to visit i drew up what was currently there and started to record the plan that was being spoken in a visual format..

Here is what my fist plan looked like. i then shared this with my collegues and went over to check this would work in the building.

I then completed a few more improved maps until i reached a design everyone was happy with.

I then drew this up on adobe illustrator so that it is easier for everyone to see and follow as well as it is a more professional format to send to the mechanics.
